Rules & Policies

• Our refund policies are explained in more detail on the pages you reach after you click Book Now/ More information / Etc.  In general you get a full refund up to 30 days before your stay, 50% up to 15 days before your stay and no refund after that.  We have found that most people renting cabins are looking out into the future several weeks and if you cancel within 15 days it is very unlikely we can re-rent the cabin for the period you had reserved.  If your plans change you can move your reservation to another date without penalty.  Call us for more information but this doesn't work to avoid cancellation penalties if you later cancel anyway.
• We expect you to be kind and respectful to our neighbors and to treat our cabin with respect.  We would like to say treat it like your own but some folks don't take care of their own stuff either so treat the cabins and grounds like you would for someone who trusts you to take care of their home.  That is what we are doing and we hope you enjoy it.  We know that stuff happens and it can usually be fixed without great expense if something does happen.  If the unexpected does happen just let us know so that we can take care of it before the next guests arrive.  
• There is a list of things to do in the cabins but primarily please take your trash to the transfer station in Pine on your way out of the valley.  It is just before the store/gas station, across the road and up the hill.
• Strip the sheets off from the beds put the used towels on the floor, in the tub / shower, etc.
• Please do your own dishes (your mother doesn't live here) and clean any pots and pans you used.
• Please don't play on any equipment behind the cabin or on the stuff in the carport.  Enjoy the decks and watch for deer!
• MOST IMPORTANTLY ENJOY YOURSELVES AND RELAX!
