Continue heading north (up river) after the right turn in Pine for approximately 4.6 miles and you will come to the Johnson Bridge. There are hot springs immediately downstream of the bridge. The hot springs are free to the public but very hot (scalding) where they come out of the ground. In order to enjoy them you need to mix the water with river water, hence the rock pools along the river.
